Our aim is to establish a International Platform for promotion of Indian Art and Culture, by bringing together Artists, Professionals. Kalashrishti Art Foundation is committed to develop a Nationwide cultural, infrastructure to support the art sector. And thus, bringing about equitable growth and development of people and society.
OUR MISSION :
We at Kalasrishti Art Foundation, are helping the Indian Rural Artists & Craftsmen to make themselves known for their ultimate contribution to the economy by their contribution in the field of Arts & Craft. India has many ultimate Rural Arts & craftsmen, many of which are struggling for survival. Our country’s culture is embodied in its arts & crafts—our mythology, nature, customs, and very often our science can be found in them.
We all are proud to be Indian. We all belong to a great Indian Heritage of arts & crafts. India has a rich history and heritage of arts & crafts from different regions through their Rural parts. This can help empower livelihoods in rural India while giving India’s art & crafts heritage the visibility it deserves, traditional know-how, and values concentrated in traditional industries and the arts & crafts.
Kalasrishti Art Foundation is a medium for many opportunities to expose the rural Indian dwellers – and indeed all Indians – to our traditional arts & crafts, the lives of rural artisans, and the ethos of traditional, eco-friendly materials and processes of traditional industries. Art & Craft will help citizens rediscover the pride of Made in India, embodied in our traditional Arts & Crafts, many of which are very ancient heritage.
These arts & crafts are the inheritors of centuries of traditional skills and complex knowledge acquired after long periods of apprenticeship. The arts & crafts represent, economically, strong value-added activities. Developing and integrating them within a network can benefit the whole collective economically. It can create new dynamism and providing sustainability for the great Indian Art & Craft.
