The Women Artist Residency Program in Goa is an important initiative that aims to promote gender equality in the arts and support the creative development of women artists. By providing a supportive and nurturing environment, the residency program helps female artists to realize their full potential and contribute to the global arts community.

Join us at the breathtaking Palolem Beach in Goa for a transformative 10-day artist residency dedicated to capturing the essence of womanhood. This unique opportunity is designed for women artists to explore, create, and collaborate in a supportive and empowering beachfront environment.

Event Highlights:

🎨 Artistic Exploration: Dive into various art forms, from Painting, Poetry, Writing, Photography, performing arts to digital art, expressing the multifaceted nature of womanhood with the soothing backdrop of Palolem Beach.

🌐 Collaborative Projects: Join hands with fellow artists to create powerful, collective works that reflect the strength, resilience, and beauty of women against the backdrop of Goa's stunning coastline.

🗣️ Empowering Workshops: Participate in workshops and discussions led by inspiring women in the art world, exploring the evolving role of women in creative spaces.

🖼️ Exhibition/ Presentation: Showcase your creations in a final exhibition, sharing your unique perspective on the ephemeral yet enduring aspects of being a woman, surrounded by the vibrant culture of Goa.

Duration : 10 days. 1-10 February and 5 March- 15 March each year.

Who can participate: The Residency program is suitable for Painters, Writers,Poets, Thinkers, Photographer, Short Film Makers, Video Bloggers and Performing Artists.

Early Bird Registration (before 31st December 2023): INR 12000/-(for Indian/foreign National)

Regular Registration: INR 24000/-(for Indian/foreign National)

Includes accommodation, meals.

NUMBER OF GUESTS: TOTAL 8 - 10 ARTISTS (first come first serve basis in different catagories).

PROGRAMME DETAILS: Artist will report on starting date of Residency latest by the evening and before Dinner there will be a short welcome and Introduction round followed by leisure chat/free time/Recreation ActIvity/Camp Fire and Dinner. We aspect however not compulsory that Participants engage themselves in their creative process and Interact,collaborate work,collect local theme/culture and co-ordinates ideas,and come out with outcome which can be associate with individual expression,social responsibility and open ended conclusion and each participants has to represents it through Talk/Presentation/performance/Display at the last day. the residency will End with Group photo and High Tea on Last Day. We expect from each Participant that he/she utilise valuable time given to them for Creative Process throughout the programme and co-operate with all. We will make every effort to facilitate each one of our valued Participants to enjoy their comfortability and feedom to work and wonderful stay with us. Let us know any special requirement/Health Isuues/other related matters in Advance,If any. we would happy to solve it and provide best service. FACILITIES: Participants will be accomodate in twin sharing basis in Hygenic,neat and clean AC Delux Rooms/Huts with Full facility like clean Beds,table chair,Lamp,AC, High speed Internet/wi-fi, kitchenette, Dining Area/Dining Table. Homemade vegetarian three meals will be served. Morning and Evening Tea/Coffee will be served.and Yoga session will also be conducted in the morning though its not compulsory. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE AWARDED WITH CERTIFICATE AND COVERAGE ON LOCAL/Private CHANNEL AS WELL. TERMS:

• Participant have to abide by all the rules and regulation/Instructions levied from the Host and final decision will be of KALASRISHTI ART FOUNDATION.

• NO Pets are Allowed

• Partner/spouse only Allowed on basis of full Payments and He/She will count as Participants and Decided Fees will be levied on that. We request you to call in advance for such case to clarify and Reserve your seat hassle free. No rEFUND.

• NO RESERVATION WILL BE CONFIRMED without Advance Payment.

• Only 50% of total Amount will be refunded on cancellation if cancelled before 10 days of commencement of Programme and NO refund will be given after that or on NO SHOW.
